To our Valued Customers and Community:
Thank you for your continued loyalty to Toyota of Berkeley. As the novel corona virus (COVID-19) starts to influence our world and community, I feel it is important to communicate the steps we are taking to keep our customers and associates safe and healthy.
First, our thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected by this virus around the world. The health and safety of our customers and associates is always of paramount priority. In that regard, we enhanced the deep cleaning of our facilities each night, including sanitizing high touch areas such as keyboards, telephones, guest common areas and our shuttle vans. We also increased the frequency of our daily cleaning within all of our facilities. We are keeping abreast of the current Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and Alameda County and City of Berkeley Health guidance, and have advised our associates to stay home if they do not feel well. Following direction from these organizations, and with our own preparedness, our facilities remains open for business with a reduced staff and our team stand ready to serve you. In the event we must completely closed down operations, we will advise you for this, as this event is rapidly changing.
Our goal at Toyota of Berkeley is to make it easy for you to do business with us, in that regard, we have ways for you to conduct business without physically visiting the dealership. You can visit our website at www.toyotaofberkeley.com to shop, configure, and purchase a new or preowned vehicle. We will deliver it straight to your doorstep. If you need service or parts, our operations in both Berkeley and Albany at your service.
Thank you for your continued Patronage.
May God bless you and your families.
