After Hours Drop Off

HOW TO USE THE AFTER HOURS DROP OFF SERVICE. ITS AS EASY AS 1,2,3

#1. LOCATE

After Hours Drop Off Service box can be found Toyota of Berkeley Certified Collision Center Door. Inside you will find a writing utensil and envelope. Self-Service Repair Order forms are easy to fill out and only take a few minutes. Just park your vehicle in an open parking spot in the front of Toyota of Berkeley Collision Center parking lot.

#2. ANSWER

What will I need to fill out?

Please fill out your contact information located at the top of the form (Name, Date, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Make, License #, Home/Cell/Office Phone and location of vehicle). We will contact you before starting work on your vehicle.

#3. SIGN AND SEAL

Before you sign, please be sure you are familiar with the following notices.
