You don't start over. Here's how you jump the line.
Toyota's Accelerated Tenure program credits one month of Toyota tenure for every month at another brand's dealership, up to 36 months. Three years at another brand's dealership covers the Master tenure requirement.
OEM dealership work from the last 5 years. Aftermarket doesn't qualify.
Toyota's ASE Accreditation program gives course credit for A1, A2 or A3, A4, A5, A6 and A7. Skip up to 18 days of classroom training.

Not Toyota certified yet? We pay a $1,000 signing bonus for every ASE you carry. A1 through A8 plus L1 gets you $15,000.

Pay: Maintenance Technicians are paid $25 per hour, hourly, with tools supplied. Repair Technician through Master Diagnostic Technician positions pay $33.80 to $55 per hour plus a production bonus based on flagged hours. Production rates shown are per flagged hour. *Signing bonuses are paid in installments during the first year of employment, with the final installment at the start of year two. You must be employed on each payment date to receive that installment. Eligibility, amounts and payout terms are set in a written offer.
